The Elephant Walk's Rewards Card

The Elephant Walk Rewards Cardholders receive 1 point for every dollar spent in any of our three restaurants.

Registered cardholders accrue "Elephant Points" toward the following Rewards:

Free Appetizer (Starter, Soup or Salad) 150 points
Free Entrée 300 points
Free Tasting Menu 600 points
$50 Elephant Walk Gift Card 1,000 points
$100 Elephant Walk Gift Card 2,000 points
Standard Cooking Class Gift Certificate 2,000 points

REGISTER YOUR REWARDS CARD

Register now and receive a free dessert on your Elephant Walk Rewards Card instantly, redeemable at any future visit to one of our restaurants. (Don't forget to bring your Rewards Card with you, of course!)

Once registered, you'll be on your way to earning "Elephant Points" to be redeemed for an array of rewards. You will also receive surprise rewards and special promotions via email.

We do not sell, trade or give away any of our guest's information, so please don't worry about junk mail either from us, or because of us.

And perhaps most importantly, when you register your card and it is ever lost or stolen, we can recover your points and rewards and return them to you.

If you don't have an Elephant Walk Rewards Card, please visit any of our restaurants in Boston, Cambridge or Waltham and pick up your card.

Elephant Points accumulate for every dollar you spend in our restaurants (unfortunately not via our delivery services nor at our online store) adding up to delicious rewards in your future!

How to Register Your Card:

1 - Click the "Register" link at the top of this page to activate the pop-up log-in window.*

2 - Type in your 16 digit account number (see image below) in the log-in window that is now displayed on your desktop.

3 - Complete the Account Information (please see our Privacy Policy, below).

4 - We will immediately add a Free Dessert reward to your card for registering!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This program is both a rewards program and a gift card/stored value program. Use of the card and/or participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all program rules:

  1. The Elephant Walk Rewards Card program is active at all three of our restaurants only; it is NOT active or useable at The Elephant Walk Online Store.
  2. The Elephant Walk Rewards Card is not redeemable for cash.
  3. The Elephant Walk Rewards Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen or used without your permission, unless and until (a) the card is registered by you and (2) its loss is reported to The Elephant Walk before any points or stored value have been redeemed.
  4. There is no cost to participate in The Elephant Walk Rewards Card program.
  5. Purchases are required to earn “Elephant Points.” Elephant Point accrued during a transaction may only be redeemed on a subsequent visit.
  6. The Elephant Walk Rewards Card must be presented at the time of purchase to earn points and to redeem rewards.
  7. No points will be issued retroactively.
  8. You will earn one point for every dollar spent. Every time you use your Elephant Walk Rewards Card, your receipt will show the points credited to your account.
  9. Points may be earned only by the Rewards Cardholder who pays the check.
  10. When you obtain enough Elephant Points to earn a particular reward, you may claim the reward by logging in to the Rewards Card website and selecting the reward of your choice. The Elephant Walk Rewards Card needs to be presented to redeem rewards. Rewards are stored by the computer system and are automatically updated.
  11. Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed for the selected items.
  12. Redeemed reward will be the highest value item in the redeemed category (e.g.. appetizer or entrée) within the check.
  13. Voided items will reduce the points by the voided amount until the points total reaches zero.
  14. Points cannot go negative.
  15. Points cannot be transferred between cards.
  16. Points will not be issued on meals tax or sales tax paid.
  17. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, The Elephant Walk Restaurant Group, Inc. (EWRG) is not responsible for points unable to be accrued or redeemed during this time.
  18. EWRG is not responsible for lost, returned, misdirected, undeliverable email or other correspondence.
  19. EWRG can, at its discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.
  20. EWRG reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem any rewards that they have already been issued, within any stated expiration date.
  21. EWRG reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or if there is any unauthorized use of the program.
  22. Elephant Points will expire 24 months after the first day of non-use of the card or upon any stated expiration date. EWRG also reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void a member’s point balance, if that member’s account has shown no activity for a period of 24 months.
  23. Employees of EWRG and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  24. The Elephant Walk Gift Cards may be used at all locations of The Elephant Walk.
  25. Once money is placed on a Gift Card or Rewards card, it can never be redeemed for cash.
  26. Stored value cannot be transferred between cards.
  27. A card cannot have a negative value. Any money needed beyond the amount on the card to pay for a purchase will require another form of payment to be made at the time of purchase.
  28. Any returns or voids for items paid for with a stored value or gift card will have the amount returned directly to the card. No cash will be given.
  29. Gift cards will expire after seven years from date of issue and any remaining dollar value will be voided or as required by law.
  30. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, gift card and stored value cards may not be able to be issued or redeemed.
  31. If a Guest chooses to redeem stored value from a Gift Card or Rewards Card, all available stored value will be applied to that transaction.

Occasionally The Elephant Walk will use the information collected for our internal marketing programs.

The Elephant Walk Restaurant Group, Inc. reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, in order to cooperate with any law enforcement investigation or in a matter of public safety.
